Inspections condensation problems
Property Inspections

Inspection of a property is probably one of the more important tasks that every landlord should perform on a quarterly basis. They provide an insight into how the property is being maintained by the tenant during the tenancy. Inspections can also highlight any potential maintenance issues, allowing agents and landlords to be proactive rather than reactive during a tenancy.

Gentle reminders can be sent to tenants following an inspection to detail their responsibility to ensure certain requirements are met, such as regular cleaning and the steps they should be taking to reduce the effects of condensation at certain times of the year.

This is not a full comparison to the inventory, but provides the agent, landlord and tenant an idea on how the property is being looked after by way of decoration and cleanliness.
